All raffle donations are greatfully accepted, but we must ask that the item be a current model in "new" condition. If the item is perishable, pre-arrangement of care must be made. If item is large or alive, shipping arrangements must be made available (at the winner's expense) to ease actually getting the item(s) home!

Raffle donations will be considered at 30% of retail value towards Sponsorship Levels; at least 50% of any sponsorship must be actual money in order for us to meet our expenses (unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by SWU chair).

Limit of 4 of each item of individual retail value of less than $50.00 to be counted towards sponsorships. If not all sponsor levels are filled, portions of upgrades may be made, and preference will be given to previous sponsors and early sponsors.
